I lead a team of great people who do R&D in "all things eLearning"
Currently the main things going on within the team are:
the eLearning Models project led by Jenny Yorke and Helen Walmsley with Christa Appleton
the Harvest Road Hive project which will enable us to fully exploit our investment in content and enable practitioners to get more innovative in the tools they use - Sam Rowley is leading this.
Our ENABLE project - which is acting as a hub to join together all the various change initiatives around curriculum design and development - myself, Jenny and Fleur are leading this with technical leadership from Sam
Our Open Education Resources initiative led by myself and Dave Parkes
I also do rather a lot of things for JISC...
